The latest figures have revealed that the price of second-hand properties in Valencia has risen by 3.7 % in 2007, to a record 2,849 Euros per square metre.
This increase is mainly due to the Americas Cup races, but the most expensive city in Spain continues to be Barcelona, where prices average out at 4,769 Euros per square metre, followed by Madrid with 4,262 Euros per square metre.
