Upping the Percentages

The CAM bank yesterday acquired a 50% shareholding in the Ribera Health Company for 14.4 million Euros.  The CAM acquisition yesterday reinforces the Bank’s strategy of balancing the investment by Valencian Community banks in important institutions, and now has an equally share in the company along with Bancaja. Ribera Health is the fourth private health care operator in Spain, privately caring for patients in public hospitals. The company is active in Alzira, Torrevieja, Denia and Manises Hospitals, and is hoping to extend its services to Elche.
